These are the vitamins I take on a daily basis...
1. Beyond Tangy Tangerine: This powder supplement gives you all of the vitamins and minerals
you need in one day. I pour a glass of water in the morning and night and put two scoops of this
in my glass. I really try not to skip out on this stuff because as hard as I try, I do not eat healthy
enough to get all of my necessary vitamins and minerals from my food.
2. Hair Skin & Nails: This is pretty self explanatory. I have always had long hair. A year and a half
ago I cut my hair above my shoulders and hated it. It has FINALLY grown out to be about
shoulder length and it is still too short for me.
3. Fish Oil: I take two capsules of Fish Oil each day. I originally started taking Fish Oil because I
read that Jennifer Aniston takes them for anti aging. But it also promotes plenty of other health
benefits, such as: cardiovascular health, healthy joints, optimal fat metabolism and eye health.
4. Copper: I recently learned that I am copper deficient. I heard from a medical professional that
some signs of being copper deficient are: hemorrhoids,spider veins and premature aging, (wrinkles
in your early twenties). I fit each description, sorry if that's T.M.I. Also, when I was pregnant I
learned that I am anemic, which means my body has a hard time absorbing iron.....and copper is
what aids your body is absorbing iron. So, if you're low in copper, you will be low in iron.
5. Evening Primrose Oil: I began using Evening Primrose Oil for my acne, and I have noticed a
significant difference in my skin. I have heard that there are some negative side effects, so you
might want to read up on it or ask your doctor before using them yourself. I also take these twice
a day.
I strongly recommend taking a vitamin that gives your body all of the essential vitamins and minerals you need. BUT I AM NOT CLAIMING TO BE ANY SORT OF MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL.
